Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Be unused, including all toolkit items
- Be in its original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. Please note, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your package is returned to us for reasons beyond your control—such as incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or unpaid duties—we will contact you via email to explain the situation and request any necessary information. Please note that refunds are not available for these cases.
If we do not receive a response within 3 weeks, your order will be archived. Therefore, please monitor your email inbox if you have not received your package after a significant amount of time.
